Ways to earn loyalty points

Basic Member - Earn 1 Point for every $3 you spend online and in-store to unlock exciting rewards.

Silver Member - Earn 500 points in the last year and then you'll earn 1 Point for every $2 you spend online and in-store.

Gold Member - Earn 2000 points in the last year and then you'll earn 1 point for every $1 you spend online and in-store.

Platinum Member - Earn 7000 Points in the last year and then you'll earn 2 points for every $1 you spend online and in-store.

Get a discount coupon for $5 for every 100pts you accumulate and redeem. Save up your points and your reward can be redeemed for higher discounts, ie. $50 for every 1000pts.

How Do I Join the Big Boys With Cool Toys Rewards Program?

Simply create a Big Boy With Cool Toys customer account and you will automatically become part of our program. Or you can join by using our loyalty program widget Check Rewards on the bottom of your screen.

How do I earn loyalty points?

Earn 1 point for every $3 you spend online or in-store as a Basic Member. Silver Members earn 1 point for every $2 spent. Gold Members earn 1 point for every $1 spent, and Platinum Members earn 2 points for every $1 spent.

Each time you spend you will receive an email with your updated loyalty points balance. There are also plenty of other ways to earn loyalty points under the Earn tab of your loyalty profile, such as following us on Instagram, or referring friends. Use your loyalty points to claim the rewards that you want, or save them up to unlock higher points required rewards.

How do I check my loyalty points balance and redeem rewards?

Each time you shop online or in-store, you will receive our loyalty program email with your updated loyalty points balance. From our email click into your customer portal, here you can claim rewards. You can also log in on our website by clicking on our Check Rewards widget.

How do I use my rewards?

When you've unlock a reward, you will receive a unique reward coupon. You can redeem your reward coupon on our payment page during checkout. Just copy and paste your unique code into the Discount bar and click Apply (only one coupon code per order). Or if you would like to use your reward in-store, just let one of our staff know at the counter.

• coupons are non refundable.
• Coupons can only be redeemed once.
• If you redeem your coupon online for a purchase less than the full value of the coupon, the balance of the coupon is not redeemable on another purchase
• If you return any of the items purchased with a coupon, the coupon discount or value may be subtracted from the return credit.
