This is a pair of Traxxas pre-assembled rims and tires, the 3.8" 6 spoke wheels have a 17mm splined hex and the Talon EXT tires are pre-glued to the rims which include foam inserts. These are factory replacement's for the E-Revo VXL and are TSM rated.
